The USBee, USBee LX and USBee ZX Digital Test Pod PWM Controller software turns the Pod signals 0 through 7 into Pulse Width Modulated (PWM) output signals. Using a simple Resistor-Capacitor network, these signals can generate a controllable analog voltage between 0 and 3.3V in 256 steps. The pattern that is generated on any signal is a repeating pattern with a fixed period (every 1.62ms) that has a duty cycle that is proportional to the PWM value for that signal. Each period is divided into 256 units. A signal is held at a High level (3.3V) for PWM Value units and Low (0V) for the rest of the period.
